How many RTT® sessions do I need?

The number of RTT® sessions required depends on the issue at hand and the client’s feedback. Usually, one to three sessions are sufficient.

How long does an RTT® session last?

My RTT® hypnosis sessions are designed to provide a personalised experience, catering to each individual’s unique needs. With a duration of 1.5 to 2.5 hours, I take the time needed to explore the issue at hand, ensuring a thorough and safe examination of any underlying trauma triggers.
